Site also known as Dalwhinnie North Big grassy areas at the top. For the main takeoff follow the track to the top and then cross over to the main takeoff. Alternative takeoff along the track possible if the wind allows

Anfahrt

Park at the layby along the A9 and walk towards the gate for the track leading up the hill. Take care crossing over the A9 motorway

Regeln / Luftraum

The site might be closed during the grouse hunting season - mid August until mid September

Kommentare

Great potential for XC flying - downwind, out and return and triangles. The site will likely be affected by the seabreeze later in the afternoon
