Beinn-y-Phott is a convenient site just ten minutes from Douglas and Ramsey with good potential for cross countries out to the west joining up Carrigan, The Cronk, Slieau Ruy, Greeba and on to Peel. If you land in the valley expect a huge walk back. Take care with the transistion to Carrigan as others have encountered rotor when arriving low on Carrigan.
