Usually the hike starts from Rifugio Citelli (Citelli Hut) where you can stay the nigh before going op.

Often very windy.

Regeln / Luftraum

Formally you do not need a guide or permission for Pizzi Deneri. You would need one if you want to go higher on the main volcanic cone. Pizzi Deneri is in safe area, you can visit it even during a minor erruption.
