Startplatz-Beschreibung

alti: 900m Access : Go to Rivière des Galets village, then rise up to Dos d\'âne church (40 minutes on foot). Don\'t forget to stop at the bakery with a parapente decoration to taste the local speciality : Macatia. Go down the concrete road, then go up the dirt track on the right-hand side for about 10 minutes. Possibility of bus, near the bakery of the Rivière des Galets, it will take you up to the village of Dos d\'âne.

Wetter

Aerology : You must be careful when the wind is coming from the North, it makes you pass to leeward of the crest to go up to the Rivière des Galets. As to St-Leu, make sure that there is no strong wind on the sea which would risk to income during the flight. Avoid flying in this site by heavy thermal conditions because important venturi effect and turbulences in the heart of the river.
