Startplatz-Beschreibung
The takeoff is spacious enough for 2 gliders to launch at the same time, however quite short runway therefore has to ensure the glider is well inflated before committing. The dynamic lift when wind is from NW and W will create very good Lift Band and pilots will be able to do ridge soaring well above the hill all day long. Wind direction mostly from W and NW from 12pm until 6pm.
Anfahrt
The access is through an offroad through the forest, the terrain is good and wide but because of the steep condition it is recommended to use 4x4 vechicle.
Wetter
Flying season at this hill is all year long, however the dry season is from September to April with less rain, while May until August will have more occasional rain.
Regeln / Luftraum
The hill is situated by the sea and has no landing area in front of takeoff, therefore most of the time pilot will be flying above water area - requires PFD (Personal Floating Device) for beginners or if attempting to fly close to above water area.
