Startplatz-Beschreibung
Takeoff is located atop Sandia Peak and accessible via the Sandia Peak Tramway (see sandiasoaring.org for tramway access details). Other options are to hike in. Launch can have unexpected rotor with most wind directions due to its shape and surrounding features.
