2 miles from downtown near the Aquarium, 1,000 ft from Santos-São Vicente border. Paved uphill road to the ramp. Buses run from Sao Paulo into Sao Vicente. Cometa has fastest ones. Access to ramp from either chair lift or drivers that shuttle paragliders to ramp for 10 reais.
