Nice clear slope, with enough room for 2 gliders to launch at same time. Top landing can be done if thermals are not kicking right over launch.

Wetter

Do not fly if the upper winds are moving west, even if the wind is coming up the slope. This will often turn into a very rough convergence, that will kick you around like a beach ball.
