It is now allowed for paragliders to fly there. There is quite a few rules for flying. The short version of the rules is that any pilot flying there regularly has to sign a contract and participate on voluntary work (5 hours a year). A pilot visiting for a short time can pay (200 NOK for up to 4 months). Any pilot just having a single flight there can do so for free. Please contact the local club or read the regulation (Norwegian only) on the web page.
