Take-off description
Dirt ramp: quite wide, but can be tricky to launch if wind is not straight-in.
Getting there
Circa 196 miles from Natal. Santuario ramp is on the Serra do Lima mountain ridge in the city of Patu. Access to the ramp is on a paved road up to the sanctuary, on the top of a hill, and then on a dirt road.

Windy take-off place requiring some technique and patience
Comments
Strong conditions with thermals in between 5 to 10 m/s, and higher air routes from 5,100 to 10,000 ft. Great for XC flights, due to the many landing options and large amount of roads for pilot pick-up.
