Take-off description
Summit road - 1 km south of the radar (big green ball at the summit) Lower takeoff is best in light winds. On the top takeoff keep the 'runway' clear for top landings.
Getting there
Follow the Summit road, 6 or 7 kms south of the Sign of the Kiwi
Rules / airspace
Dont fly over 3500 fts AMSL

Contact local pilots. It's a good site if Taylors Mistake has too little wind but good direction. Closed during lambing season.
