Unknown and unflown Development Site. 20-30M cliffs NE-facing in this area.

Site is inside NZNP CTR/D. Pilots to contact NZNP Tower and advise ATIS version, QNH, position, intentions, request clearance to enter, before Flying. http://www.aip.net.nz/pdf/NZNP_35.1_35.2.pdf Site is abeam D322 Danger Area. Very close to the instrument let-down area for NZNP RWY 23. Maintain VFR clearance vertically and horizontally from cloud at all times. NZNP ATIS 127.05 NZNP Tower 124.7 125.4
