Take-off description
The takeoff is very planar, that is why you should wait for a good squall to take off. Next to this field there is a very steep field from where taking off is possible despite of slow wind.
Getting there
It is possible to reach Fredonia by bus from Medellin; after landing you could take the bus to Jerico for another flight and then (from the LZ at Jerico) back to Medellin...

This flying site has a great cross country potential if the weather allows this. In the opened valley long distance flyghts are easy to realize.
