Take-off description
Downtown Urban site. Needs plenty of on-shore breeze to be flyable, which means experts only. Assorted takeoffs scattered along the foreshore. Please don't screw up your groundhandling and end on the road in front of cars!
Weather
Only flyable in strong wind - caveat emptor.
