Take-off description
Difficult take off at the edge of a steep cliff.
Getting there
Townland of Lackarour located near Butlerstown (Timoleague, Co.Cork) Not much parking space at the end of the road. Walk along the trail to the edge of the cliffs.
Comments
No set take off area.... just find the most suitable to the conditions and wind direction and be careful. If you want to fly this site in a southerly wind then you will have to walk 500m along the coast (or approach it from the north from the road to Barry's Point.
