Take-off description
Gentle grass slope. Best takeoff in Madeira for teaching new pilots, landing is just in front, on the beach.
Getting there
From Funchal go to Ponta do Sol, then continue to Madalena do Mar beach then get the road up to Canhas.
Weather
Watch for wind signs on the sea and for backwind.

Valid pilot licence, and also valid insurance apolicy.
