Take-off description
ECOLAND has a new take off area with more than 3000 thousand square metters wich makes this place very safe for beginners and advance pilots; rather flat. There is another TO nearby: Nube Extrema, which is a bit steeper.
Getting there
It is possible to reach Jerico by bus from Medellin; an interesting option for flying 2 different sites: go first to Fredonia by bus from Medellin; after landing at Puente Iglesias you can take the bus to Jerico for another flight and then (from the LZ Cauca Vejo) return to Medellin by bus...

before taking off you have to introduce your self with the ECOLAND/ Nube Extrema staff to get your insurance and your permission to fly.

Because of the big difference between takeoff and landing; without thermal activities this is a pretty long flight.
