This site is insured by USHPA. The Hawaii Paragliding Association and Hawaiian Hang Gliding Assn maintain permits for members of the associations. Before flying here pilots must be current members of USHPA and one of the local clubs. There is no cost for visitors to join the PG local club. The HG Launch permits and protocols are managed by the Hawaiian Hang Gliding Association http://files.windlines.net/hha/index.htm
