Take-off description
The Vardavard (Hemmat) or Asgari paragliding site is one of the most popular flying sites in Iran, thanks to its easy urban access and panoramic views over the city. The main take-off is a concrete launch, offering a safe and reliable spot, especially in light wind conditions. The prevailing winds are south, southeast and southwest. The site also features two secondary take-offs for west and north wind flights. The northern take-off is suitable only for experienced pilots with strong local knowledge.
