30min drive from Abu Dhabi or 1:30min from Dubai
Weather
Winds tend to pick up very quickly out here. Flyable wind window is between 18kph to 25kph. Take off is unconventional, lots of glider control and quick responses required in order not to lose any skin....:)
Rules / airspace
non regulated yet. Around 10miles approach path of military air base. Themalling no allowed AT ALL. stay close to the ridge to avoid an unpleasant iron bird surprises...
