Take-off description
It's a 1.5 hours to get to the launch. Grassy area on the ridge to the right of the trail near the summit.
Getting there
From Atlin drive towards Surprise Lake and take a right on the Warm Bay Rd. turn off just out of town. Go 5 Km and look for a large parking area on the right just after the Pine Cr. bridge. Trail head is signed across the road.
Weather
Watch for quickly building winds coming from the south in the afternoon.

Great soaring site with incredible views, easy one hour walk up. Thermal and XC potential on the right day.
