Take-off description
Primary launch is the south facing launch at the top of the dome which you can drive to. There is a North Launch which is recommended only for more advanced pilots. See North Launch listing for location. It's about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot. To get there, walk down the path in the Northwest Direction and you will find it.
Getting there
Dawson City Dome road, south launch at the end of the road and north launch is accessed by a short hike down a path beside the lookout gazebo.
Rules / airspace
Power lines at LZ MUST be cleared by at least 500 ft (150 m) as part of city bylaw. Do not break this rule!

You can launch here at Midnight for summer solstice which is a bit of a tradition. There is also a film festival in April and an amazing music festival in July. It's worth coming up for any of these events.
