Advanced must have walk-thru safety signoff by any site monitor; intermediates only by same wing-type monitor. No flying without same wing-type monitor present. PGLZ must be entered at 150' AGL to safely clear power lines (yellow). 2 flights/day max. No training or practice flights. No more than 25 pilots. 20 mph max wind for HG, 15 mph PG due to tree rotors. Launchable 125°-185° ESE-SSW with gust factor <10mphHG <5mphPG. Best winds 150° 8-12mph.
