Take-off description
From the east end of the Ripley lake FSR walk east on old doubletrack, about 4 minutes along the road swings left, turn right and go directly uphill for 5 minutes. Launch faces east on the far side of a little hill.
Getting there
From LZ drive south to Fairview junction then take a good condition gravel road up to the turn for Madden and Ripley lakes. From there the road deteriorates, high clearance 2wd.
Rules / airspace
Lower Ripley is closed. No top landings or takeoffs from the lower ridge. Lots of private land issues please connect with a local pilot before flying.
