Take-off description
S South Barrule is located within Class D controlled airspace. You must request clearance to fly here from Ronaldsway Air Traffic Control on 01624 827546.
Comments
This is a decent south to south east site with good top and bottom landing. The site is not flown a great deal these days as it is within controlled airspace but is does work well in a southerly wind. The increasing size of the trees in front of the ridge may generate turbulence. This is an easy site to walk up and then fly back to the car.
