Take-off description
Grass slope overlooking farm fields, or hike up to the summit in light conditions.
Getting there
Interstate 5 to Lebanon exit, then east on US 34. South on Steckley Rd, becomes Sand Ridge, then east into farm driveway.
Weather
Winds may increase rapidly and significant gradient may be present aloft. Clouds and fog may form below and in front. Stay well clear of terrain and be prepared to descend if conditions strengthen. HG pilots have been caught in strong winds aloft, unable to penetrate and escape. Spring weather may be particularly unstable and change rapidly.

H2/P2 minimum rating, USHPA membership required for access to site.
Comments
Fall/winter/spring site open November 1 through May 31. Insured site, current USHPA members only. Contact site liaison for temporary membership if visiting from abroad.
