NOAA works best. Prefrontal days are best. ENE wind is best. 10/11mph to 13/15mph is best. Can be too strong at times.
Rules / airspace
Public area so respect hikers, vegetations and beach goers. DO NOT FLY beyond the Oak Creek power plant fence line, clearly seen. Watch out for street lights and traffic as approaching LZ
