Take-off description
Take the road to Taylors Mistake beach from Sumner, look for the track down to the left about 400 meters from the high point of the road.
Weather
Take-off can be turbulent if wind is N. If E wind picks up pilot can get trapped at the N end.
Rules / airspace
Maximum altitude 3500 feet.
