Best from Diszel but also possible from Gyulakeszi (church)
Rules / airspace
Csobánc is part of a Hungarian National Park, therefore paragliding is restricted from the 1st of March till the end of May. The rest of the year is allowed but only after registration at the National Park's website which can be quite problematic for a foreign person.
