1,450 ft asl; NE of Kingston; 15 min from town; steep and short launch; demanding for beginners but great for intermediate pilots; lee side thermal site sheltered from trade winds; launchable 9 out of 10; vertical: 750 ft

Kingston: drive-up by rental car or taxi from Papine (near University of Technology - UTECH)
Météo
sometimes strong easterly trade winds break through to Skyline site. We recommend not to fly when that is the case.
Réglementation / espace aérien
not regulated, but careful with commercial air traffic West of Constant Spring Rd / Stony Hill when going XC; better fly North in class G airspace

wind direction and wind speed from Kingston airport is misleading; it does NOT apply to the Skyline flying site which is fortunately sheltered from strong trade winds behind the 7500 ft high Blue Mountains. for real time weather check weather station on launch: https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=IKINGSTO18
