Description du décollage
nice and easy take off, grass, nice slope, what you ll have to worry of is more likely to be the aerological conditions
Accès
coming from perpignan, continue heading 'andora'. You ll cross 'targasonne' village. at the exit of targasonne, the shop 'ailipse' is on your left 100m before the circle, ask them for some info. If they re not here, take right at the circle, follow the road like 500m and you ll see the landing on your right. You can walk straight up to the take off, or take off at mid-height. There is a track to the top but its access is reglemented, you must go at 'Ailipse' in order to drive up.
Météo
The site may sometimes be at the meeting point of breezes from tree valleys : cerdagne (south west), Tet (East), and Capcir (North) : if wind conditions change at take off, it may fast become a bit weird on the site so be carefull. thermics may start near the landing area : keep your attention all the landing progress long untill you re on the ground.
Commentaires
Very nice thermic site, can be the start for XC in the cerdagne valley if you have enough height. The Cerdagne valley breeze is south west oriented and may blow strong in hot afternoons.
