This site is in the Tauranga CTR/D. YOU MUST CALL THE CONTROL TOWER at the airport and ask to activate G271. Tower: 118.3 123.4 129.2 YOU MUST NOT CLIMB above 1500FT QNH or you will breach the Tauranga CTR/D airspace above. Calibrate your vario at beach level, or else get the QNH from the ATIS 126.6
